European Award in Human Genetics 2002 – XI Edition – Prof Albert De La Chapelle

Finnish, Prof. Albert de la Chapelle, is currently Professor of Oncological Genetics at Columbus University. The main aim of his research was the mapping and cloning of genes including RMRP, HNPCC, MSH2, MLH1, PMS2 and PMS1 which concern the hereditary forms of cancer.
